Official Resources
The authoritative DoD sources behind everything on this site. When in doubt, these win.

here that contradicts an official source below is our bug — report it.
Certificates & PKI
| Resource | What it's for |
|---|---|
| DoD Cyber Exchange — PKI/PKE | The only legitimate source for DoD certificates, certificate installers, and PKI end-user tools. |
| DoD Certificate Services | Certificate revocation lists and CA certificate downloads straight from DISA. |
Your card & your records
| Resource | What it's for |
|---|---|
| ID Card Office Online (IDCO) | Self-service certificate updates, email address changes, PIV activation — and the RAPIDS office locator with appointment booking. |
| milConnect | Your DEERS record, benefits information, and personnel self-service. |
Getting help
- Problems with a specific system (webmail, travel, personnel portals): contact that system's help desk — listed on its login page. Your computer being set up correctly does not create accounts or grant access.
- Card, PIN, and certificate-on-card issues: a RAPIDS ID card office (book via IDCO above).
- Setup questions this site doesn't answer: open an issue and help us fill the gap.
Verifying links
Official DoD web resources live under .mil domains. Before entering anything
sensitive or downloading certificates, check the address bar: public.cyber.mil,
idco.dmdc.osd.mil, and milconnect.dmdc.osd.mil are the real things.
Lookalike domains are a known phishing pattern — a legitimate DoD service will never
ask for your PIN or password by email.
