Getting help

  • Problems with a specific system (webmail, travel, personnel portals): contact that system's help desk — listed on its login page. Your computer being set up correctly does not create accounts or grant access.
  • Card, PIN, and certificate-on-card issues: a RAPIDS ID card office (book via IDCO above).
  • Setup questions this site doesn't answer: open an issue and help us fill the gap.

Verifying links

Official DoD web resources live under .mil domains. Before entering anything sensitive or downloading certificates, check the address bar: public.cyber.mil, idco.dmdc.osd.mil, and milconnect.dmdc.osd.mil are the real things. Lookalike domains are a known phishing pattern — a legitimate DoD service will never ask for your PIN or password by email.
